Telephony Developer Asterisk AGI, LAMP, Cloud

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) | Immediate Joiner | Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Telephony Developer with expertise in Asterisk AGI, LAMP stack, and Cloud technologies, along with a proven track record of building cloud-based contact center solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain telephony systems that integrate seamlessly with various applications and services.

• Asterisk AGI Development: Build and maintain custom AGI scripts to enhance telephony functionalities, call routing, and system integrations.
• LAMP Stack Development: Utilize Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP to develop robust and scalable telephony applications.
• Cloud Integration: Design and implement telephony solutions leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) for seamless integration with contact center platforms.
• API Integration: Integrate telephony systems with other applications/services through well-defined APIs to optimize performance and functionality.
• System Maintenance: Conduct regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephony systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Collaboration: Partner with software developers, system administrators, and support teams to achieve project goals and deliver quality solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, APIs, and integrations to support future development.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telephony Developer with proven expertise in Asterisk AGI and LAMP stack.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Asterisk, AGI scripting, and telephony protocols.
• Strong understanding of Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with API development and integration.
