Job Profile:-
We are looking for an experienced Telephony Architect with 3-5 Years of experience in VoIP & Dialer System, who specializes in building, customizing, and optimizing dialer platforms for large-scale contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Vicidial, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, and Kamailio, along with hands-on experience in integrating CPaaS and Telephony APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Telephony Integration
- Design and implement SIP-based integrations between the Voice AI platform and enterprise telephony systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, call routing, and dial plans.
- Integrate with CPaaS platforms, SBCs, and telecom carriers.
PBX / Asterisk Systems
- Work with Asterisk-based PBX systems and related telephony stacks.
- Configure call flows, IVR integrations, and bot handoffs.
- Troubleshoot RTP, SIP signaling, codec issues, and call quality.
Enterprise Contact Center Integration
- Integrate the Voice AI platform with enterprise contact center platforms such as:
- Cisco UCCE / Cisco Contact Center
- Genesys (PureCloud / Engage / Cloud CX)
- Avaya Aura / Avaya Contact Center
This includes:
- Call routing
- Bot to agent transfers
- Context handover
- Queue integrations
Experience with any one of the above platforms is acceptable.
Network & Infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network-related voice issues (latency, jitter, packet loss).
- Work with firewalls, NAT, SBCs, and load balancers.
- Coordinate with customer network teams for deployment.
Our ideal candidate should have:-
- Strong expertise in Vicidial / Asterisk / FreeSWITCH
- Experience with OpenSIPS / Kamailio (SIP Proxy & Load Balancer)
- Knowledge of SIP, RTP, WebRTC, IVR, Call Recording, Conferencing
- Integration experience with Plivo, Twilio, Telnyx, Exotel, Ozonetel
