Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Telephonic Counselor. The Telephonic Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process by answering inquiries, providing detailed information about programs, and addressing concerns. Responsibilities include following up with potential students, maintaining accurate records of communication, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication, empathy, and an ability to build rapport over the phone to assist students in making informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Interpersonal skills for empathetic and engaging conversations
- Proficiency in managing records and following up with leads
- Knowledge of educational counseling and admissions processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet organizational goals
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, counseling, or educational guidance is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or related fields
