TELEOPERATOR / GREETER
Job Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to the concerned department.
* Maintain visitor and call records accurately.
* Coordinate customer appointments and follow-ups.
* Support showroom promotional activities and customer engagement.
* Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.
* Handle customer concerns and escalate when required.
* Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
* Well-groomed appearance with a pleasant personality.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
