Define validation strategies for IVI, Cluster, Telematics, and connected services.

Own test architecture across manual, automation, performance, stability, and compliance testing.

Lead certification-oriented testing (CTS/VTS, GMS, OEM-specific compliance).

Delivery Excellence

Drive end‑to‑end test planning, test case development, test coverage analysis, and defect triage.

Review HMI flows, connectivity stacks, middleware behaviour, performance KPIs, and system logs.

Support integration testing on domain controllers (Cockpit + Telematics + Connectivity).

Automation & Tools

Build automation frameworks (Python/Robot/Appium/Linux scripting).

Implement CI/CD‑based automated validation pipelines for continuous releases/OTAs.

Develop reusable automation scripts, dashboards, and test accelerators.

Client Support & Pre-Sales

Provide domain expertise for RFPs, bids, and solution proposals.

Represent the organization in technical discussions with OEMs, Tier‑1s, and platform vendors.

Competency Building

Mentor teams to build specialized cockpit and telematics testing capabilities.

Define best practices, training modules, and reusable assets to reduce dependency on OEM‑side experts.

Compliance & Standards Alignment

Ensure adherence to global automotive testing standards (cybersecurity, power performance, UX).

Support homologation testing where applicable (GNSS, connectivity, emergency services).
