Telematics Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in HIL testing, embedded software validation, electronic controls, test automation, or system-level verification.

Hands-on experience with HIL setup, test execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Strong Python scripting and test automation experience.

Ability to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

Good understanding of the software development and testing life cycles.

Strong log-analysis, defect-detection, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of embedded systems, ECUs, electronic interfaces, or control systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ownership, and sense of urgency.

Ability to work effectively with global teams and adjust work hours based on reasonable project needs.

Willingness to work on-site five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with dSPACE HIL systems and tools.

Exposure to MATLAB and Simulink and experience configuring or modifying plant models.

Experience designing HIL harnesses and setting up complete HIL benches.

Knowledge of CAN, SAE J1939, diagnostics, machine electronic systems, or embedded controls.

Experience with telematics, cellular connectivity, GNSS/GPS, remote services, or over-the-air functions.
