Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role located in Coimbatore. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will actively work to promote products or services, address customer concerns, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Tracking customer interactions and maintaining accurate records will also be an important aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Ability to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Strong customer service and customer support skills to handle client inquiries efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Background in sales and experience working towards sales goals is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and telecommunication tools is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, goal-driven, and collaborative environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are an advantage
