Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating potential client leads, making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, and qualifying leads. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to engage with potential clients and identify business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address inquiries and build rapport
• Experience in Customer Support to assist clients with their needs and provide solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
