Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Surat. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective students and leads, introduce Raveonacademy's courses, and clearly explain program features, fees, and outcomes. The role involves qualifying leads, updating and maintaining lead databases or CRM tools, and scheduling counseling calls or campus visits with interested prospects. The Telemarketing Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, provide courteous and accurate information, and follow up consistently to support conversions from inquiry to enrollment. The position also includes collaborating with the marketing and admissions teams to refine call scripts, share feedback from prospects, and participate in occasional events or campaigns to support overall sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently and clearly with diverse prospective learners.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and follow-up to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospects.
  • Customer service and customer support skills to address questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Sales skills, including persuasive conversation, objection handling, and closing enrollments or appointments.
  • Comfort using phones, basic computer tools, and CRM or spreadsheet software to track and report daily activities.
  • Prior telemarketing, counseling, or education sales experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat, follow structured targets, and maintain a positive, learner-focused approach.
