Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting lead generation activities, communicating effectively with prospects, and providing excellent customer support. The role involves addressing client inquiries, promoting products, and driving sales through telecommunication and relationship-building strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and build rapport with clients
• Proven ability in Sales to meet and exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in telemarketing or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and telemarketing software is preferred
• Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
