Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for tasks including lead generation, customer outreach, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily activities include contacting potential clients, educating them about Krishi AI's offerings, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong relationships to drive engagement and awareness of the platform.

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and engage prospects effectively.
• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service abilities to maintain meaningful client interactions and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in Customer Support to provide prompt and effective solutions for inquiries.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proficiency in any relevant language(s) spoken by Indian farmers is an advantage. [Marathi, Hindi, English]
• Background or understanding of agricultural practices is an added advantage.
