Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, based in Madhuravoyal. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with prospective clients via calls, providing customer support, and promoting sales initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer service excellence to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales processes
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
