Job Description
- Direct sales of residential & commercial properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available property.
- Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure best service.
- Lead Generation and managing the prospects.
- Generation of new leads by distinguishing direct mails to the prospective customers
- Responsible for handling queries related to site.
- Strong networking with customers for Sales and further reference for sale.
- Must be able to do self-sourcing.
Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate candidates are preferred.
- Conveyance Must.
