About Us

Yash Comfy Abode is a premium girls and boys hostel and PG accommodation provider in South Delhi, offering safe, hygienic, and fully furnished living spaces near top colleges and medical coaching hubs. We are expanding our admissions team and looking for a confident telemarketing executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound admission calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Convert leads into hostel/PG bookings
• Provide accurate information about rooms, facilities, pricing, and location
• Follow up with interested students and parents
• Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the operations team for room availability
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM)
• Ability to handle parents and students politely
• Target-oriented mindset
• Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in telecalling/telemarketing
