Job Description

Position : Telemarketing Executive (Telesales / BFSI / Cold Calling)
Location : Bencoolen Street (4 minute walk- Bencoolen MRT Station)
Working hours : 5 days a week Monday -Friday, 9.30am- 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Salary $3500 (Basic $3000 + Commission) + AWS
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls and sales pitches to prospective customers.
Handle incoming calls and enquiries from prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
Record customer information accurately in the computer system.
Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable engaging new customers and making outbound calls on a daily basis.
Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, cold calling, customer service or customer-facing roles will be advantageous.
Able to communicate confidently and handle customer objections professionally.
Target-driven and comfortable working towards sales objectives.
