Telemarketing Executive / Telecaller

We are currently hiring for the position of Telemarketing Executive / Telecaller located near Crawford Market, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain the company's products and services effectively.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Update call records and CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.

Eligibility:

• HSC or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Gujarati, or Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with good time management.
