Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Executive role based in Indore. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, communicating effectively to promote services, and supporting the sales team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to effectively promote and sell services.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to resolve inquiries and manage client relationships.
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the petroleum or retail sectors is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is desirable.
