Description

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Work from office.

6 days work week.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in using computer software and telemarketing tools.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
