JOB DETAILS
Counsel students and parents about different courses offered by the college
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on enquiries and database
Understand student requirements and guide them to appropriate courses
Explain eligibility criteria, course structure, course details, and admission procedures
Maintain good telephone etiquette
Learn to question effectively and listen patiently
Follow up daily calls to maintain strong student relationships
Maintain and update the student database
