Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketing Executive. Based in Mumbai, the role involves a combination of in-office and remote work. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service and support, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and driving sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships and effectively conveying the value of the company's services to potential customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales activities to drive business growth
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and convey value propositions
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, remaining organized and productive both remotely and in the office
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage
