About the Role
NIMS Hospital is looking for dynamic and communication-oriented Tele Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients, promote hospital services, and support appointment generation and patient engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient inquiries regarding hospital services, doctors, appointments, and treatments.
- Make outbound calls to patients for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, health campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM/database.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and front-office teams for smooth patient assistance.
- Explain healthcare packages, health check-ups, and hospital facilities to prospective patients.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through professional communication.
- Meet daily calling and appointment booking targets.
Eligibility Criteri
- aGraduate in any discipline
- .Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- .Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry)
- .Ability to handle patient queries professionally and empathetically
- .Prior experience in hospital, healthcare, insurance, or customer service calling will be preferred
