Job Description

About the Role

NIMS Hospital is looking for dynamic and communication-oriented Tele Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients, promote hospital services, and support appointment generation and patient engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound patient inquiries regarding hospital services, doctors, appointments, and treatments.
  • Make outbound calls to patients for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, health campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM/database.
  • Coordinate with doctors, departments, and front-office teams for smooth patient assistance.
  • Explain healthcare packages, health check-ups, and hospital facilities to prospective patients.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Meet daily calling and appointment booking targets.


Eligibility Criteri

  • aGraduate in any discipline
  • .Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • .Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry)
  • .Ability to handle patient queries professionally and empathetically
  • .Prior experience in hospital, healthcare, insurance, or customer service calling will be preferred
