Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Telemarketing Executive. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries. The role also includes sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring an overall high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and support efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries effectively
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• High levels of motivation and goal-oriented performance
• Prior experience in telemarketing or call center roles is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous (malayalam mandatory)
