Telemarketing Executive

Floorsy is a residential & commercial interior brand focused on delivering impeccable design experiences at surprisingly affordable prices. Based in Kolkata, the company provides end-to-end interior solutions.

Role Description: We are looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to join the FLOORSY sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their interior-design requirements, promoting FLOORSY's interior design and execution services, generating appointments, and converting leads into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to the leads received from the company
• Cold Calling.
• Understand customers home interior requirements, property details, budget, location, and expected timeline.
• Explain FLOORSY's interior design and execution services, packages, offers, and USPs clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, property status, and purchase intent.
• Schedule site visits, design consultations, and client meetings for qualified leads.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the BDE/Sales and Design teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Good Bengali, Hindi, and English communication preferred
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Target-orientated and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
• Good telephone etiquette
• Ability to work under sales pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: Up to 20k in hand + Incentives

Location: Saltlake, Sec V

Working Days: 6 Days
