Minimum Criteria
- 3 to 5+ year of phone-based sales experience, with some B2B software selling
- Very fluent in Hindi and English (native-level Hindi), clear and confident on phone
- Comfortable making 80+ calls a day and handling rejection without losing energy
- Comfortable giving short product demos over video and helping close the sale
- Target-driven and reliable, with own laptop and internet
- Female Preferred, Male is fine too
- Strong listener & quick thinker
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of calls (80 or more per day) from prepared lists
- Pitch our flagship product in the telephonic call to leads from the curated list
- Follow up across phone, WhatsApp, and email until each lead converts or is clearly not interested
- Give short product demonstrations over video calls(Google Meet), explain the features, and answer questions
- Help close the sale: send quotes and proposals, handle objections, raise invoices, and ensure clean handover of each customer
- Keep the customer system (CRM) up to date and consistently hit monthly targets
