Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce digital platform services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales or move them down the funnel
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, online services, or SaaS products
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
