Position: Telemarketing Executive
Location: HO, Memnagar
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Generate and maintain a quality lead database
- Follow up with prospects and build client relationships
- Schedule appointments for the sales/operations team
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
- Achieve assigned targets and share regular performance reports
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred
