Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in marketing, customer communication, tele-support, and business development.

The candidate will support the marketing team in customer interactions, follow-ups, lead generation, and day-to-day marketing activities.

Job Location : Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services to customers and address basic queries.
Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Support the marketing team in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
Assist in promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and marketing targets.
Perform other marketing and tele-support activities as assigned by the team.

Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
