Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Vidisha. The Telemarketer will engage with potential clients through phone calls to promote the company's seed products and services, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. The role will also involve addressing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and solutions tailored to individual client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in handling interactions effectively
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on resolving inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing client records is highly valued
- Sales acumen with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Previous experience in the agriculture or seed production industry is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communication, or related fields is a plus
