Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Telemarketer, based in Surat. The Telemarketer will be primarily responsible for engaging with potential customers through calls to promote products, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, handling customer feedback, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and customer relationship management
• Experience in customer service and maintaining professional client interaction
• Sales acumen with proven ability to drive conversions through telemarketing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude in addressing customer needs
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant CRM or telemarketing software tools is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or communication are an advantage
