Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telemarketer role in Pune. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales leads.

• Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills
• Experience in telemarketing or sales roles
• Strong phone etiquette and listening skills
• Ability to effectively communicate product information
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
