Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Bengaluru. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach in understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Sales
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a telemarketing or sales role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
