Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating product or service offerings. The Telemarketer will work to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by building relationships with clients and generating leads.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and following up with potential and existing leads
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales in a professional environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and meet deadlines
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus
