This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer position located in Noida. The Telemarketer will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments for sales meetings, and providing accurate information about IB SOLAR's products and services. The individual will manage customer inquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with the sales team to meet targets. Daily tasks include managing customer databases, following up on leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build rapport
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Sales, with an ability to meet targets and drive conversions
Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure a positive client experience
Understanding of solar energy products or renewable industry is advantageous
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is preferable
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
