Telemarketer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Jaipur. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, scheduling appointments, providing product or service details, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication and time management to build client relationships and contribute to the achievement of organizational sales goals.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service and handling inquiries professionally.
• Sales skills, including the ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• Previous telemarketing or relevant sales experience is an advantage.
