This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Mumbai. The Telemarketer will engage with potential clients via phone, providing details about Envision's services, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. The role includes explaining service offerings, following up with leads, maintaining client records, and achieving set sales targets. Strong client engagement and communication skills are essential in supporting prospective students and their families through the initial stages of their overseas education journey.

• Proficient Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain professional relationships
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to effectively explain services and convey value to potential clients
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling to efficiently manage lead follow-ups and organize consultations
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve target-driven goals
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
