This is a remote internship role for a Telemarketer at Chettinad Digital Hub. The Telemarketer will contact local businesses, introduce our digital services, identify potential customers, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining services such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, and WhatsApp automation, answering basic customer questions, scheduling appointments, and following up with interested prospects. The intern will also maintain lead records, update call details, and provide feedback to improve our outreach strategy.

Training, guidance, and practical experience in telemarketing, lead generation, customer communication, and digital sales will be provided.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone communication
• Tamil communication is preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Interest in sales, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Ability to explain services clearly and handle basic customer questions
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools
• Good follow-up and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to learn about websites, digital marketing, SEO, and business automation
