Role Description
This is a full-time office role for a Telemarketer located in Chennai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Key duties include promoting products or services, maintaining a database of customer information, addressing inquiries, and supporting the sales team to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate information.
- Basic knowledge of customer service practices and sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in an on-site environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
