Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer position based at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. The Telemarketer will engage potential clients via phone calls to promote Automation India Expo 2026, schedule appointments, and provide key event-related information. Responsibilities also include maintaining client records, addressing inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with clients professionally and building rapport.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Appointment Scheduling to efficiently address client needs and coordinate meetings.
• Ability to work effectively in Sales roles, with a focus on persuasion and achieving targets.
• Commitment to accuracy and reliability when managing client information and providing event details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is desirable.
