This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Malappuram. As a Telemarketer, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, presenting and promoting products or services, managing a sales pipeline, and scheduling appointments. You will engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and meet sales targets, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
• Experience in appointment scheduling and coordination tasks
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on addressing client needs
• Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous
