Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote the company's services, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role entails building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, answering queries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing multiple client interactions
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and persuasion abilities
- Experience in customer service and a customer-centric approach
- Background in sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing or related services is a plus
