Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telegram Caller at Yuvan InfoTech's Hyderabad office. The role involves reaching out to prospective candidates via Telegram, sharing details about our training programs, and addressing inquiries. The Telegram Caller will provide information about the courses, assist with enrollment processes, and maintain an organized record of communications. Collaboration with the team to enhance outreach strategies and improve participant engagement is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using messaging platforms such as Telegram and basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and resolve individual concerns
- Basic understanding of training and upskilling programs, particularly in the technology sector, is a plus
- Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or tele-calling is advantageous
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred
