Telecounselor

Responsibility

• Provide telephonic counseling to prospective students and parents about various educational programs.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication and persuasion.
• Conduct teleconferences to promote educational products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the business.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecounselling, preferably in the education industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
