This is a full-time on-site role for Telecounsellors, based in Panipat. The Telecounsellor will engage with potential students and assist them in understanding the courses and programs offered by Coding Blocks. The role involves responding to inquiries, guiding students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries, and maintaining a positive relationship with prospective learners. The Telecounsellor will ensure effective communication to help students make informed decisions about their learning paths.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guiding and engaging with students
• Customer service orientation and the ability to address inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling telephonic communication
• Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their career goals
• Knowledge or interest in the field of software development and technical education is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field; education or IT background is advantageous
• Previous experience in a customer support or counseling role is preferred
