Job Title: Telecommunicator

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:

The Telecommunicator is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to students, providing information about courses, resolving queries and supporting marketing team. The role focuses on clear communication and maintaining positive relationships with potential learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and explain courses and services

• Handle inbound calls and resolve student queries

• Maintain records of calls and student data

• Coordinate with the marketing team

• Provide accurate information about programs, fees and schedules

• Ensure a positive communication experience for students

Required Skills & Qualification:

•Very Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)

• Ability to convince and handle objections

• Problem-solving attitude
