Role Description The Telecommunications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications systems and related network equipment, ensuring stable and secure communication services for clients. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing issues, and performing troubleshooting to resolve faults in voice, data, and other communication channels. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, documents configurations and changes, and supports upgrades or migrations to new technologies. The role also requires interacting with customers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver responsive service in line with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Telecommunications Systems and core Telecommunications concepts.
• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and explain technical matters clearly.
• Customer Service skills to support clients, handle inquiries, and maintain professional relationships.
• Familiarity with networking basics (e.g., routers, switches, VoIP), and telecom protocols is an advantage.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in telecom implementation, maintenance, or field support is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage time effectively, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
