Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to telecom services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and update call logs in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
  • Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity targets.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and company policies.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Good logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
