Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecom Support Engineer role based in Deoghar. The Telecom Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing customer support, and ensuring the seamless functioning of telecommunications systems. The role involves configuring and maintaining operating systems, troubleshooting faults, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster customer satisfaction. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and ensure high-quality services for end-users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve system and network issues efficiently
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to deliver superior experiences and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience working with Operating Systems and the ability to configure and maintain telecom-related software and hardware
- Clear and effective communication skills along with a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications and prior experience in the telecom industry are advantageous
