Job Title
Telecom Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Telecom Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying customer needs and matching them with our cutting-edge solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Prospect, cold-call, and network to generate a consistent pipeline of new sales opportunities.

Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their current communication infrastructure and pain points.

Solution Design & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing our network reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities
CRM & Reporting: Accurately track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the telecom, software and engineering companies (experience with B2B sales is highly preferred for corporate roles).


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with CAD knowledge is a plus.

  • Core Skills:
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them simply.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
