Salary: 35,000 – 40,000/month

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in Telecom Passive Infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of DG, SMPS, Battery Banks & Solar Systems

• Experience in preventive maintenance and site operations

• Team handling & technician management experience

• Strong understanding of customer KPIs & operational compliance

• Good communication, leadership & reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage telecom passive operations across assigned clusters

Ensure site uptime, preventive maintenance & KPI compliance

Monitor technician performance and MIS reporting

Ensure ESH, Solar PM & Head Office compliance

Coordinate with customers and field teams

Drive operational efficiency and timely issue resolution

⭐ Preferred Profile

Candidates with strong Telecom Passive / Infrastructure experience and hands-on exposure to field operations will be preferred.
