Telecom & ICT System Design:
- Design Telecom and ICT systems for data centres and mission-critical facilities, including structured cabling, data networks, IP telephony, WLAN, DAS, CCTV, access control, PA/VA, master clock, and network management systems.
- Develop ICT architectures and network topologies for Tier III and Tier IV data centres, ensuring redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), scalability, resilience, and high availability.
- Coordinate with IT, security, electrical, and MEP teams to ensure system uptime and operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as TIA, ISO/IEC, IEEE, BICSI, Uptime Institute, NFPA, and applicable local regulations.
Design Delivery & Documentation:
- Deliver concept, schematic, detailed, and IFC-level design documentation in line with international consultancy best practices.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, BOQs, schedules, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Electrical, ICT/ELV, Architecture, Structural, Sustainability, and other specialists to produce integrated and constructible designs.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, workshops, and presentations, providing clear technical recommendations.
Tendering, Construction & Technical Support:
- Review vendor and contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals, providing technical evaluations and clarifications.
- Support tendering activities, value engineering, risk assessments, and constructability reviews.
- Provide technical support during construction, including RFIs, site inspections, testing, commissioning, and system handover.
- Maintain design quality, documentation control, and compliance with statutory and client requirements.
Digital & Computational Design:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop parametric and computational design workflows using tools such as Grasshopper, Rhino, Dynamo, Revit, Python, or similar platforms.
- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline BIM-based design workflows to improve efficiency and design optimization.
